Everything to gather so your student's credits carry over cleanly and nothing gets lost in the move. Check items off and print it for your records.
You do not need every item to start. Send what you have, and a counselor fills the gaps during a free transcript review.
Send this to a High School of America counselor and we will map your student's exact path, free, with no pressure. Or call and we will walk through it with you.
